The Cabin

The Cabin can comfortably accommodate two guests. The main living/sleeping area contains a comfortable queen sized bed, two very relaxing lounge chairs and a wood stove to keep you warm and cozy during the chilly fall and winter nights. Fire wood is provided at no extra charge. If you run out, just ask John and he will provide more.

The slightly separated kitchen area contains a micro-computer induction cooktop, toaster, microwave, fridge, blender, coffee maker, and all the kitchen utensils necessary to cook a meal. You can always count on a supply of popcorn, sparkling water, an assortment of teas, and good local coffee beans. The newly finished bathroom has a comfortable enclosed shower. There is also an outside shower.

The Cabin comes with a hot tub, which is there for your exclusive use while staying on Creekside Commons. Step outside into an enchanted redwood grove, enjoy fresh vegetables and fruits from our organic garden and greenhouse, luxuriate with an outdoor shower or hot tub, meditate in your own redwood sanctuary grove or spend an evening by the fire pit.

“I was immediately impressed with the relaxing surroundings, the land that the cabin sits on adds to experience quite a bit . I was pleasantly surprised by how the owner was easily contacted if needed but yet never seen nor intrusive on our need for privacy. The cabin was furnished with everything we could have needed as well as some extra special touches like herbal teas and grind your own coffee . A fully stocked kitchen allowed me to cook when I wanted to and the location of cabin allowed us to dine out easily and conveniently if desired. I work 7 days a week and only get about 3-4 days off a year (if I’m lucky) so when I get any time off I want to spend it with my wife in as relaxing a place as possible this cabin and the land it’s sits on and it’s location in relation to town and beach and conveniences makes it very possible for me to relax and enjoy my time off. I would highly recommend this as a vacation spot or even a weekend getaway . And our dog loved it! She played with Zoey (the owners dog) until she could barely walk. We will return My wife hit that one out the park picking this cabin, that was one of my favorite vacations in my life. I’ve never really taken vacations as an adult , I don’t know why except that maybe my mind has always been more set on work than vacation. One of the most awesome benefits of this anniversary weekend is that it totally made me want to make this a more regular part of our lives. Thank you John!
